This is my first real attempt at blogging. This is also my very first post as a blogger so bear with me. I plan on developing some of my thoughts about baseball at multiple levels. I personally know and have played with a few players who may make the major leagues soon. I am also an avid fan of the Chicago White Sox and pitched for four years at Grinnell College. This background hopefully will allow me to give a unique perspective on scouting, player development, coaching decisions, and major league transactions. Frequently thoughts run through my head about the game, some of them might be unique, others may be shared my millions of other fans. Hopefully over time I will have enough people viewing and (if I’m extremely lucky) sharing their opinions to separate the unique from the obvious.
